Delete Your Account

Applies to the Rate-Sage AI mobile application by Apptronium.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Rate-Sage AI account and its associated data. Rate-Sage AI is developed by Apptronium (Salman Wahed).

Delete your account in the app

The quickest way to delete your account and data is directly in the app:

  • Open Rate-Sage AI.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data are permanently removed.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message to [email protected] from the Google account email you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Account and login information — your Firebase Authentication record and the associated Google account details (your email, and any name or profile information from Google sign-in).
  • App preferences — your base currency, target currency, and theme settings.

What is kept, and for how long

The following data is not linked to your identity and is retained after deletion:

  • Anonymized and aggregated analytics and crash data — this cannot be traced back to you. It is retained as described in the Privacy Policy (up to 24 months for automatically collected data; aggregated and anonymized data indefinitely).
  • Data required for legal compliance — retained only where and for as long as applicable law requires.

How long deletion takes

Deleting your account in the app removes your account and preference data immediately. Requests submitted by email are processed within 30 days.
